After the client picked their favorite design (in this case, option G), I continued to flesh out the concept. I decided on using WWI Dog Tags to display each year's champion and created a full 3D rendering of the trophy.

NGE is a company that elevates the next generation of competitive video game franchises through A-to-Z professional league operations, amateur tournaments, live events, and original content built for each game’s unique audience.

So, when NGE contacted me to help them design a trophy for the Battlefield 1 Pro Tournament, I was incredibly excited to take on the challenge.

 

NGE made it clear that they wanted the trophy to be updated every year with a new champion, so after some initial conversations with the client the direction, I drew up some rough sketches for ideation.
